Pune to Hold Employment Maha Kumbh Job Fairs at 30 Locations on September 29
Pune: Job fairs will be held simultaneously at 30 locations across Pune district on September 29 under the Rojgar Maha Kumbh Maharashtra 2026 initiative, with the district Skill Development, Employment and Entrepreneurship Guidance Centre appealing to job seekers to register and participate.
The employment fairs are being organised at educational institutions and training centres across Pune city as well as Haveli, Junnar, Maval, Indapur, Daund, Mulshi, Shirur, Khed, Baramati, Ambegaon and Bhor.
Nine venues have been listed in Pune city. These include G H Raisoni International Skill Tech University at Wagholi, K B Joshi Institute of Information Technology at Karvenagar, Trinity College of Engineering and Research at Yewalewadi, Abeda Inamdar College of Arts, Science and Commerce at Azam Campus and Symbiosis Skills and Professional University at Kiwale.
Other Pune city venues are Pratibha College of Commerce and Computer Studies at Chinchwad, Anantrao Pawar College of Engineering and Research at Parvati, Government Industrial Training Institute at Aundh and Ganesh Kala Krida Manch at Swargate.
Six venues have been listed in Haveli, including Dnyanvilas College of Engineering at Dudulgaon, JSPM’s Jayawantrao Sawant College of Engineering at Hadapsar, Rayat Shikshan Sanstha’s S M Joshi College at Hadapsar, Auto Cluster Development and Research Institute at Chinchwad, Bharatiya Jain Sanghatana’s Arts, Science and Commerce College at Wagholi and Keystone School of Engineering near Handewadi Chowk.
The remaining fairs will be spread across other parts of the district. Venues include Lotus Business School and Rasiklal M Dhariwal Institute of Technology in Haveli, Jaihind College of Engineering in Junnar, Indrayani Mahavidyalaya in Maval, Vidya Pratishthan’s Arts, Science and Commerce College in Baramati, and Government Industrial Training Institutes and other educational institutions in several talukas.
Job seekers have been asked to register their names through the Maharashtra government’s Rojgar Mahaswayam portal. A separate Job Seeker Registration Form has also been provided through a Google Form and QR code for candidates wishing to participate in the employment fairs.
The district Skill Development, Employment and Entrepreneurship Guidance Centre, Pune, has appealed to unemployed and job-seeking youth in the district to make use of the fairs being organised on the same day across more than 30 locations.
