According to the Maharashtra State Road Development Corporation (MSRDC), traffic between the Bharvir Interchange and Igatpuri Interchange will be temporarily closed on September 18, 19, 21, 22 and 23, 2026.

The restrictions will be imposed separately for vehicles travelling towards Mumbai and Nagpur. Mumbai-bound traffic will remain closed from 12 noon to 1 pm, while Nagpur-bound traffic will be stopped from 3 pm to 4 pm on the specified dates.

The temporary closures are required for the installation of gantries for CCTV cameras under the Intelligent Traffic Management System (ITMS).

MSRDC has advised motorists and passengers using the Samruddhi Mahamarg to take note of the closure timings and plan their journeys accordingly. Commuters have also been requested to cooperate with the temporary traffic arrangements while the work is carried out.
