Pune, October 10, 2026: The International School of French Baking & Patisserie (ISFBP), founded by Yash and Anishkaa Malpani, has opened in Pune to provide specialized training in French baking and pastry-making.

The school is located on the third floor of Mantri Centre, Fergusson Road, Shivajinagar and offers two programmes;

Foundation in French Baking & Patisserie Arts: 3.5 months.
Diploma in French Baking & Patisserie Arts: 6.5 months.

The courses cover French pastries, artisan breads, croissants and other laminated dough products, chocolate and confectionery, tarts, cakes and plated desserts. The longer diploma program also teaches sourdough, recipe development, bakery entrepreneurship and business management.

The school says its approach combines practical kitchen training, professional production practices and an understanding of the commercial aspects of running a bakery or pâtisserie.
