In a statement directed to the administration, Sule emphasized that relentless rains have crippled daily life, triggering massive traffic jams and severe waterlogging that have left commuters stranded for hours. She specifically called for work-from-home interventions at major employment hubs, including the Rajiv Gandhi Infotech Park in Hinjawadi, to ensure safety and ease the immense pressure on the cities’ strained infrastructure.

Alongside her appeal to the government, the MP urged citizens to exercise maximum caution. She strongly advised residents to avoid stepping out of their homes unnecessarily and called on those living near riverbanks to remain highly vigilant and strictly adhere to safety directives issued by local authorities.
