Is Your Name Missing After SIR 2026? Pune District Administration Releases List of Excluded Names; Here’s How to Check

ASDD voter list after SIR

Pune, August 12, 2026: The Pune district administration has published the list of Absent, Shifted, Dead and Duplicate (ASDD) voters as part of the Special Intensive Revision (SIR) of electoral rolls being conducted under the directions of the Election Commission of India. Voters have been advised to check the list and verify whether their names appear on the list. If yes, that means they have been excluded from the voters’ list of their constituency.

The ASDD list is available on the official Pune district administration website under the SIR 2026 section. The data, provided in PDF format, will be updated daily based on changes and electoral roll updates carried out by Electoral Registration Officers (EROs), Assistant Electoral Registration Officers (AEROs) and Booth Level Officers (BLOs).

District Election Officer and Pune Collector Jitendra Dudi said voters who find their names incorrectly included in the ASDD list can approach their concerned BLO for verification and necessary action.

The administration has also made available the names and contact details of BLOs on its website to help voters raise such concerns. Voters can contact the concerned official if they believe their status has been wrongly recorded as absent, shifted, deceased or duplicate.

If a voter has been included in the ASDD list due to an error, the BLO can verify the details and initiate the process for removing the name from the list and restoring it to the electoral roll, officials said.

The district administration has urged voters not to ignore the list and to check their electoral details during the SIR exercise. Since the ASDD data is being updated daily, voters have also been advised to refer to the latest version available on the district website.
