What the FASTag Annual Pass Offers

The FASTag Annual Pass aims to enhance the ease of commuting by offering a seamless and economical travel option for National Highway users. Applicable at around 1,150 toll plazas on National Highways and National Expressways, it eliminates the need for frequent recharges through a one-time payment system.

For a one-time fee of ₹3,000, users get one year of validity or 200 toll plaza crossings, whichever comes first. The pass is valid for all non-commercial vehicles with an active FASTag and is activated within two hours after payment through the Rajmargyatra App or the NHAI website.

Validity and Usage

The annual pass is non-transferable and works at all National Highway and National Expressway toll plazas. For tolls managed by state governments or local bodies, such as State Highways (SH) and parking facilities, the FASTag wallet balance will continue to be used for payments.

Growing Adoption and NHAI’s Vision

The overwhelming response highlights the success of the FASTag Annual Pass in improving convenience and efficiency for highway commuters. It also reinforces the National Highways Authority of India (NHAI) and the ministry’s commitment to ensuring safe, smooth, and seamless travel across India’s expanding road network.
