Water Cut

Navi Mumbai: Residents of Dronagiri, Ulwe, Kharghar, and neighboring villages are advised to prepare for a scheduled water supply disruption from 9:00 am on Friday, April 12, to 9:00 am on Saturday, April 13.

This shutdown is necessitated by essential maintenance work at the Hetwane Water Treatment Centre and Water Channel.

City and Industrial Development Corporation (CIDCO) said that crucial repair and maintenance is to be carried out and thus the water treatment plant will be temporarily shut down. As a result, there will be disruption of water supply to all villages connected to CIDCO’s Hetwane line, including those in Dronagiri, Ulwe, and Kharghar nodes.

Water supply will resume on April 13 with low pressure for the following 24 hours. CIDCO has requested citizens to be prepared by storing adequate water and use it judiciously during the entire duration of the shutdown.
