- Pune Municipal Corporation (PMC): 113 Units
- Pimpri Chinchwad Municipal Corporation (PCMC): 182 Units
These flats are located in some of the fastest-growing residential hubs, including Wakad, Balewadi, Hadapsar, Chikhali, and Punawale, offering excellent connectivity to the city’s IT corridors and industrial zones.

- Registration: Applicants must be registered on the official MHADA IHLMS 2.0 portal (https://bookmyhome.mhada.gov.inhttps://bookmyhome.mhada.gov.in).
- Selection: Once the window opens on May 4, users can select their preferred flat from the live inventory.
- The 48-Hour Rule: After selecting a flat online, the applicant is required to pay 10% of the total flat cost within 48 hours. Failure to do so will result in the unit being released back into the pool for other buyers.
