Pune: 9 Fire Brigade Personnel Excel in Six-Month Fire Officer Training

Nine personnel from the Pune Municipal Corporation’s Fire Brigade have achieved distinction in a six-month Fire Officer Training programme organised under Nagpur Fire Services College.

Six personnel passed with special proficiency, while three passed with specific proficiency.

The training covered physical training, drills, marching, technical training, written and oral examinations, and various specialised subjects.

The successful completion of the programme is expected to strengthen the Pune Municipal Corporation Fire Brigade’s capabilities and preparedness to protect citizens during emergencies.

Chief Fire Officer Ganesh Sonu, Divisional Fire Officer Vijay Bhilare, Station Duty Officer Rajesh Jagtap, Prabhakar Umratkar and Mubarak Sheikh congratulated the successful personnel and offered guidance on further enhancing the reputation of the Pune Municipal Corporation’s Fire Brigade.
