Pune Airport Shares Nodal Officers’ Contacts for 11 Airlines and Security Wings to Speed Up Passenger Grievance Redressal
Pune Airport Authority has introduced a dedicated Grievance Redressal Mechanism, publishing a comprehensive list of designated nodal officers across 11 key operating airlines and security departments to expedite passenger complaint resolution.
The initiative aims to streamline passenger assistance by assigning direct contact numbers and email addresses for dedicated officials handling operational issues, baggage delays, and service complaints.
Under the newly structured system, major carriers including Air India, Air India Express, IndiGo, Akasa Air, SpiceJet, Star Air, Fly91, and Alliance Air have assigned dedicated representatives to manage passenger concerns at the terminal.
The directory also incorporates direct contact channels for the Ministry of Civil Aviation Passenger Assistance Control Room, the Airports Authority of India terminal management desk, and the Central Industrial Security Force control room.

Airport authorities stated that the centralized escalation matrix was published to eliminate communication bottlenecks between passengers and airline representatives during peak operational hours.
According to officials, fliers facing unresolved issues at the airport can reach out directly to the respective airline nodal officers via landline, phone, or official email channels published on the airport premises and digital handles.
Terminal desk managers and security duty officers will oversee real-time grievances concerning facility management, boarding protocols, and security check delays to ensure faster resolution times.
The airport administration expects the single-window contact structure to significantly reduce response times for passenger complaints and improve overall terminal efficiency.
