PUNE – In a significant move to bolster affordable housing in the region, the Pune Metropolitan Region Development Authority (PMRDA) has officially announced a housing lottery for 833 units. This initiative aims to turn the dream of homeownership into reality for citizens belonging to the Economically Weaker Section (EWS) and Low-Income Group (LIG) categories.

The lottery includes residential units strategically located in two of Pimpri-Chinchwad’s rapidly developing hubs:

  • Moshi (Sector 12, Spine Road): 340 houses
  • Walhekarwadi (Sector 30, 32): 493 houses

To ensure inclusivity, the PMRDA has confirmed that specific reservations have been set aside for differently-abled (Divyang) applicants.
