On Thursday, 15 January 2026, Pune Metro services will commence at 5:00 AM and continue until 12:00 midnight. This special arrangement is designed to support voters, election duty staff, and security personnel who need to navigate the city during the polling window, which is scheduled from 7:30 AM to 5:30 PM.

The extension provides an extra two hours of service compared to the standard 11:00 PM closing time, ensuring that even those involved in post-polling administrative tasks have a reliable and safe mode of transport home.

Regular Schedule to Resume on Friday

Following the special polling day schedule, the metro will return to its standard timetable. On Friday, 16 January 2026, regular services will resume from 6:00 AM.

Maha Metro authorities have urged passengers to take note of these temporary changes and plan their journeys accordingly to avoid any inconvenience. The helpline number 18002705501 remains available for commuters seeking real-time updates or assistance.
