CM Devendra Fadnavis Inspects Progress of Navi Mumbai International Airport, Sets September 30 Deadline
Navi Mumbai, July 12, 2025: Maharashtra Chief Minister Devendra Fadnavis conducted an extensive inspection of the under-construction Navi Mumbai International Airport and chaired a high-level review meeting with senior officials to assess the project’s progress. The CM directed CIDCO (City and Industrial Development Corporation) and Adani Group, the project stakeholders, to ensure all pending work is completed by September 30, 2025.
Accompanying the CM were Deputy Chief Minister Eknath Shinde, Forest Minister Ganesh Naik, MLAs Mahesh Baldi and Manda Mhatre, CIDCO’s Managing Director Vijay Singhal, and senior officials from the Adani Group.
