Key Road Projects to Transform Western Pune’s Connectivity

1. Urawade to Hinjawadi Phase 3 Road

  • Length: 7.10 km
  • Width: 45 meters
  • Estimated Cost: ₹14.50 crore

This crucial stretch will reduce travel time between Urawade and Hinjawadi IT Park, easing congestion for tech professionals and improving freight movement for nearby industries.

2. Nande to Lavale Road

  • Length: 3.93 km
  • Width: 45 meters
  • Estimated Cost: ₹8.00 crore

A direct link between Nande and Lavale, this road will benefit residents, tourists heading to Mulshi, and professionals commuting to Hinjawadi.

3. Nande to Man New Road

  • Length: 1.50 km
  • Width: 30 meters
  • Estimated Cost: ₹15.00 crore

Though shorter, this route will improve access between Nande and Maan, supporting real estate growth and reducing bottlenecks for Lavasa-bound traffic.

Why This Matters for Pune’s Western Corridor

  • Faster commutes for IT employees working in Hinjawadi.
  • Better freight movement for industries near Pirangut and Chande.
  • Smoother weekend getaways for travelers heading to Mulshi and Lavasa.
  • Increased real estate demand in Maan, Nande, and surrounding areas.

With land acquisition underway, PMRDA aims to complete these projects efficiently, ensuring long-term benefits for Pune’s rapidly growing western suburbs.
