Step-by-Step Guide to Changing Your Aadhaar Photo

Download the Form: Visit the official UIDAI website and download the Aadhaar Enrolment/Correction Form.

Fill & Print: Complete the form with accurate details and take a printout.

Visit an Enrollment Centre: Head to the nearest Aadhaar Sewa Kendra and submit the form.

Biometric Verification: An executive will verify your identity using fingerprints or iris scan.

New Photo Session: A fresh photo will be taken right there—so dress presentably!

Pay the Fee: A nominal charge of ₹100 + GST applies for the update.

Get Acknowledgement Slip: You’ll receive a slip with a URN (Update Request Number) to track your request.

The update may take up to 90 days, after which you can download your new e-Aadhaar or request a reprinted card.
