Two ST Buses Collide in Pune’s Mulshi Taluka; 12 Injured

Two state transport (ST) buses collided in Pune district, Maharashtra, injured at least 12 people at around 9 am on Friday morning.
The accident occurred near Chachawali village in Mulshi taluka. According to initial reports, a bus traveling from Shrivardhan to Beed suffered brake failure, leading it to collide with another bus coming from the opposite direction and heading towards Khed in Raigad district.
According to PTI, at least 12 people were injured in a collision between two state transport buses in Maharashtra’s Pune district on Friday, police said.The accident took place near Chachawali village in Mulshi taluka around 9 am, an official said. A bus traveling from Shrivardhan to Beed reportedly suffered a brake failure, and as the driver tried to steer it to the roadside, it rammed into another bus headed towards Khed in Raigad district.
The official added that at least 12 passengers sustained injuries and were taken to the rural hospital in Paud for treatment.
