RailOne App is Now Live: Discover the Convenience of All-in-One Railway App for Ticket Booking, Train Tracking, E-Catering and Much More
New Delhi, July 1, 2025 – In a significant move to enhance passenger convenience, Union Railway Minister Shri Ashwini Vaishnaw today launched the RailOne app, a comprehensive digital solution for all railway-related services. The app was unveiled at the India Habitat Centre in New Delhi during the 40th Foundation Day celebrations of the Centre for Railway Information Systems (CRIS).
A Unified Platform for Seamless Rail Travel
The RailOne app is designed to simplify passenger interactions with Indian Railways by integrating multiple services into a single, user-friendly platform. Available on both Android Play Store and iOS App Store, the app eliminates the need for multiple railway apps, offering a space-saving, all-in-one solution.
Key Features of RailOne App:
✔ Unreserved & Platform Tickets – Available with a 3% discount
✔ Live Train Tracking – Real-time updates on train movements
✔ Grievance Redressal – Quick resolution of passenger complaints
✔ E-Catering, Porter Booking & Last-Mile Taxi Services – Hassle-free travel experience
✔ Single-Sign-On (SSO) Login – Secure access via mPIN or biometric authentication
✔ Compatibility with RailConnect & UTS Credentials – No need for separate logins
While reserved tickets will continue on IRCTC, RailOne has been authorized by IRCTC, joining other commercial apps partnered with the railway booking portal.
Modern Passenger Reservation System (PRS) by December 2025
During the event, Shri Vaishnaw praised CRIS for its digital advancements and urged the team to further strengthen Indian Railways’ technological backbone. He also highlighted the progress on the next-generation PRS, set to launch by December 2025.
