The comprehensive program, organized by the Pune traffic branch, covered essential skills such as traffic management, soft skills, basic medical aid—including CPR—and VIP security protocols. Senior officials, including Joint CP Ranjan Kumar Sharma and DCP (Traffic) Amol Zende, were present at the event.

Kumar urged officers to further enhance their expertise by enrolling in online traffic management courses. He also stressed strict action against habitual offenders, reinforcing the need to uphold law and order.

With monsoon approaching, Kumar directed traffic divisions to coordinate with Pune Municipal Corporation (PMC) officials to identify past waterlogging and tree-fall hotspots. “Authorities must keep water pumps, tree-cutting tools, and earthmovers ready to tackle emergencies swiftly,” he added.
