Pimpri Chinchwad, July 13, 2025 – The Pimpri Chinchwad Police has shared an update on its innovative ‘Traffic Buddy’ WhatsApp-based complaint registration system, a key component of their digital-first traffic management initiative. The chatbot, accessible at 87886 49885, has proven highly effective in addressing traffic-related grievances, with 447 complaints resolved out of 531 messages received so far.
