Pune: PMRDA to Auction 35 Plots in Haveli, Khed, Mulshi, and Maval on 80-Year Lease Through E-Auction
The Pune Metropolitan Region Development Authority (PMRDA) has announced plans to distribute 35 plots across Haveli, Khed, Maval, and Mulshi talukas through an e-auction process. These plots will be leased for 80 years and include 32 public utility plots, 2 educational reserved plots, and 1 public facility plot designated for a library/music school.
