Pune: PMRDA Makes 19 Citizen Services Available Online, More Coming Soon
Pimpri, September 20, 2025: The Pune Metropolitan Region Development Authority (PMRDA) has launched 19 services online under the Maharashtra Right to Public Services Act, allowing citizens to access essential approvals and certificates without visiting government offices. An additional 10 services will be added within the next week, taking the total to 29.
The initiative aims to make government services faster, transparent, and more accessible. Metropolitan Commissioner Dr. Yogesh Mhase has urged citizens to make use of the facility, which is part of the state government’s 150-day program. Applicants will now get SMS confirmation after submitting their requests, and they can also check which officer is handling their case online.
