High-Stakes Meeting to Address Key Concerns

On Thursday, 10th July, at 2 PM, a crucial discussion will take place at the Cabinet Hall, Vidhan Bhavan, involving stakeholders from the IT Forum, Society Federation, voluntary organizations, and senior officials from key departments like MIDC, Zilla Parishad, PMRDA, Municipal Corporation, and NHAI.

The meeting comes after persistent appeals from local representatives, including MLA Landge, who emphasized the need for a coordinated action plan to resolve the IT park’s infrastructural deficiencies.

Why Hinjawadi’s Issues Need Urgent Fixing

Home to nearly 5 lakh IT professionals commuting daily from Pune and Pimpri-Chinchwad, Hinjawadi IT Park faces severe traffic congestion, poor road conditions, and inadequate public amenities. Despite its international reputation, the lack of proper planning and inter-departmental coordination has led to worsening conditions, tarnishing Pune’s image as a premier IT destination.

MLA Landge expressed confidence that the upcoming meeting will lead to concrete solutions, ensuring smoother operations for businesses and a better quality of life for employees. With Chief Minister Fadnavis taking direct charge, stakeholders are hopeful for swift, actionable outcomes.

Stay tuned for updates as this pivotal meeting unfolds, potentially marking a turning point for Hinjawadi’s infrastructure and traffic management.
