Pune, October 28, 2025: Pune International Airport has achieved a remarkable milestone by securing the top position among Airports Authority of India (AAI)-operated airports with an outstanding Airport Service Quality (ASQ) score of 4.96. The airport has also climbed to the 56th position in global rankings, reflecting its consistent efforts to improve passenger satisfaction and service quality.
Continuous Growth in Passenger Satisfaction
According to the Airports Council International (ACI) survey, Pune Airport’s ASQ rating improved steadily throughout 2025 — from 4.92 in the first quarter to 4.94 in the second, and then 4.96 in the third quarter. Officials attributed this steady improvement to ongoing upgrades in passenger comfort, service efficiency, and the overall travel experience.

Pune Airport’s strong performance has made it the highest-rated airport under AAI management. The consistent rise in ASQ scores showcases its commitment to operational excellence and customer satisfaction.
