The incident originated on the ground floor of the building, specifically in the area designated for electric meters. The blaze quickly intensified, spreading to nearby parked vehicles, where it damaged two two-wheelers and two four-wheelers parked in the vicinity, which sustained significant damage before fire crews arrived.

Upon receiving the alert, fire tenders from the PMC rushed to the spot and immediately launched extensive firefighting operations. Firefighters executed a swift and efficient containment strategy, successfully bringing the flames under control before they could spread to the upper residential floors or neighboring flats of the complex.

Authorities confirmed that the swift action of the fire brigade helped avert a potentially serious situation, providing immense relief to residents and building management. Crucially, no injuries or casualties were reported in the incident. The affected area was secured as a precaution, and officials are slated to conduct a detailed inspection to ascertain the exact cause of the blaze, which remains unconfirmed at this time.
