Pune: ‘Diwali Bachat Bazaar’ – An Exhibition Cum Sale Organized by PMC for Festive Shopping
As part of its 75th anniversary celebrations, the Pune Municipal Corporation (PMC) has organized a Diwali Bachat Bazaar Exhibition and Sale from October 11 to 15, 2025, at Katraj Milk Dairy Expo Ground, Katraj. The event has been arranged under the PMC’s Social Development Department.
The initiative highlights the efforts of women from self-help groups and neighbourhood groups who have produced a range of handmade and home-based products. Around 200 self-help groups are participating in this festive exhibition, offering citizens a chance to buy locally made items while supporting women’s entrepreneurship.
