Pune division water committee meeting held to ensure adequate availability of water in trains and stations
Pune Division Water Committee Meeting in Progress.
Pune Division Water committee meeting was held on April 18 at the office of Divisional Railway Manager, Pune, chaired by DRM Indu Dubey.
The committee discussed drawing action plans for water management & implementation across trains passing through Pune Division and the railway stations under Pune Division.
ADRM Brijesh Kumar further added that Water availability in trains/stations is continuously being monitored at board level. There should not be any lapses on this part.
The meeting was attended by various railway officials of Pune Division. This meeting holds significance due to exceptionally harsh summer this year leading to potential scarcity of water at the railway assets of Pune Railway Division.
