Paranjape Schemes Raises ₹150 Crore from WSB to Expand Premium Townships in Pune
Pune: Real estate developer Paranjape Schemes has raised ₹150 crore from WSB Real Estate Partners and its co-investors to support strategic land acquisitions in Pune. The investment will help the company develop new residential phases in its key township projects, Blue Ridge in Hinjawadi and Forest Trails in Bhugaon.
This move strengthens the partnership between Paranjape Schemes and WSB, which have worked together on multiple projects over the years. WSB’s continued investment reflects its trust in Paranjape’s growth plans and execution.
The funds will be used to unlock high-potential land parcels, allowing Paranjape to enhance infrastructure and lifestyle offerings in these communities. The projects are expected to add development potential worth ₹2,500 crore in revenue.
Rahul Paranjape, Director – Corporate Finance at Paranjape Schemes, said, “We value our long-standing relationship with WSB Real Estate Partners and are pleased to receive their continued support. This investment allows us to unlock strategic land parcels and fast-track our next phase of growth. It aligns with our vision of building integrated communities that enrich residents’ lives.”
Paranjape Schemes has been in the real estate business for over 35 years and has delivered more than 25 million sq. ft. of built space and over 20,000 homes across Maharashtra. The company is also known for pioneering senior living and housing for differently abled individuals. Apart from Pune, it has a presence in Mumbai, Thane, Bengaluru, and Vadodara.
