The competition will have three categories: revenue department level within Maharashtra, state-level, and an open category for participants from outside Maharashtra and abroad. Reels should be 30 to 60 seconds long and can focus on themes like environmental conservation, local culture, forts, Swadeshi (indigenous products), and the Operation Sindoor tradition.

Prizes are set to encourage creativity at every level. At the departmental level, winners will receive cash prizes of ₹25,000 for first place, ₹15,000 for second, ₹10,000 for third, and ₹5,000 as a consolation prize. State-level winners will get ₹1 lakh for first place, ₹75,000 for second, ₹50,000 for third, and ₹25,000 as encouragement. For the open category, the prize structure is the same as the state level, with ₹1 lakh for first place. All winners will also receive certificates and mementos.
