Fire at TVS showroom on Bund Garden Road, 60 two-wheelers gutted in Pune
A massive fire broke out at a TVS Motor showroom and service centre on Bund Garden Road in Pune on Monday night, destroying around 60 two-wheelers. Fortunately, no casualties were reported. Firefighters also rescued a man who was trapped inside the service centre.
According to Pune Fire Brigade officials, the blaze damaged both petrol and electric two-wheelers, along with spare parts, furniture, and electronic items kept inside. The fire was reported around 8.38 pm from the Professional TVS Showroom located on the ground floor of the three-storey Tarabaug building.
Fire tenders and water tankers were immediately rushed to the spot. Thick smoke and flames were seen coming out of the showroom before firemen managed to douse the fire and bring the situation under control. Teams from Pune City police and the Maharashtra State Electricity Distribution Company Limited (MSEDCL) also joined in the operation.

Officials said the cause of the fire has not yet been established and further investigation is underway.
