Apple to Open Fourth Store in India at Pune’s Koregaon Park on September 4
Apple is all set to open its fourth retail store in India, this time in Pune’s Koregaon Park, on September 4. The announcement was made on Tuesday, just two days before the company opens its Bengaluru store in Hebbal on September 2.
With this, Pune will join Mumbai, Delhi, and Bengaluru as one of the select Indian cities to host an Apple retail outlet. The company said the new store will give customers in Pune the chance to explore its full product lineup, experience features firsthand, and get support from trained specialists, creatives, and business teams.
Apple’s Pune store will also host free “Today at Apple” sessions. These interactive events are designed to help people learn new skills in photography, music, art, or coding, and to make better use of their Apple devices. Ahead of the launch, Apple has released exclusive Koregaon Park wallpapers and a special Apple Music playlist inspired by the sounds of Pune.
The expansion underlines Apple’s growing commitment to India, both as a consumer market and as a manufacturing hub. The company recently confirmed that all models of the upcoming iPhone 17 series, including the Pro versions, will be assembled in India from the very start. This marks a big milestone, as it will be the first time Apple manufactures every new iPhone variant in the country.
