Pune Water Supply Disrupted on December 18 for Bund Garden Maintenance; Full List of Affected Areas
Pune, December 15, 2025: Residents in several parts of Pune must prepare for a complete water supply shutdown on Thursday, December 18, as the Pune Municipal Corporation (PMC) undertakes essential maintenance and repair work.
The disruption is due to urgent construction-related activities at the Bund Garden Water Supply Department. The PMC confirmed that the supply will be entirely suspended for the full day on December 18.
Following the maintenance work, the impact will continue into Friday, December 19, when water will be released to the affected localities late in the day and at significantly reduced pressure.

The PMC has issued a public appeal, urging all residents in the affected zones to make necessary arrangements by storing sufficient water in advance and cooperating fully with the authorities while the crucial repair work is completed.
