PMRDA Announces E-Auction for 46 Plots in Pune Metropolitan Region for 80-Year Lease
The Pune Metropolitan Region Development Authority (PMRDA) has announced an e-auction for leasing 46 plots across various categories for a period of 80 years. The plots are located within the PMRDA’s jurisdiction, previously under the Pimpri Chinchwad New Town Development Authority area.
Plot Categories
The available plots are meant for multiple uses, including:
- Educational purposes – 3 plots
- Commercial and public facilities – 11 plots
- Medical use – 1 plot
- Public facilities such as libraries or music schools – 1 plot
- Facility Centre – 1 plot
- Amenity Spaces – 29 plots

- Registration and Bid Document Download: 16 October to 30 October 2025
- Announcement of Technically Eligible Bidders: 6 November 2025
- E-Auction Start Date: 7 November 2025, from 11:00 am onwards
