Pune: Timely Action by Deputy Commissioner of Police Dr. Sandeep Bhajibhakre Saves a Young Man’s Life
Pune, December 24, 2024: In a commendable display of vigilance and humanity, Pune Deputy Commissioner of Police Dr. Sandeep Bhajibhakre saved the life of a young man involved in an accident. The incident occurred today, December 24, at around 2 pm, near Jagtap Dairy Chowk in Wanawadi.
While passing through the area, Dr. Bhajibhakre witnessed a young man on a two-wheeler colliding with an elderly woman. Though the woman suffered minor injuries, the young man lost consciousness after falling off his vehicle. Acting swiftly, Dr. Bhajibhakre provided immediate first aid to the young man and stopped the elderly woman’s bleeding by using his handkerchief as a makeshift bandage.
This timely intervention not only stabilized both accident victims but also showcased the dedication and sense of duty that Pune Police uphold. Citizens lauded Dr. Bhajibhakre’s actions, which have instilled a sense of pride in the Pune Police Force.
